This Shipping Policy governs all purchases made through APGrows (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) via APGrows.com (“Website”). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are subject to product availability, payment verification, fraud screening, and compliance review.
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, excluding:
- Weekends
- Federal holidays
- Carrier holidays
- Weather events
- Inventory audits
- High-volume promotional periods
Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
APGrows reserves the right to delay, hold, cancel, or refuse any order at our sole discretion for security, compliance, inventory, or operational reasons.
2. SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring products ordered from APGrows may legally be purchased, possessed, imported, transported, or received within their jurisdiction.
APGrows makes no representation regarding product legality in any city, county, state, country, or international jurisdiction.
By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that your order complies with all applicable laws.
Customers located in United States or internationally remain fully responsible for local compliance.
3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
APGrows currently ships to approved domestic and international destinations where legally permitted.
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse shipment to:
- High-risk regions
- Restricted jurisdictions
- Freight forwarding addresses
- Reshipping warehouses
- P.O. boxes (for certain products)
- Military addresses where prohibited
Shipping availability may change without notice.
4. CARRIER SELECTION
APGrows may ship using carriers including but not limited to:
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- United Parcel Service
- FedEx
- Other authorized logistics providers
Carrier selection is determined solely by APGrows unless otherwise stated.
5. SHIPPING ESTIMATES
Estimated transit times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Transit delays may occur due to:
- Weather
- Mechanical failures
- Customs inspections
- Natural disasters
- Labor disputes
- Security screenings
- Carrier operational delays
- Government actions
APGrows is not liable for carrier-caused delays.
6. TITLE & RISK OF LOSS
Ownership, title, and risk of loss transfer to the customer immediately upon APGrows’ transfer of the package to the carrier.
Once an order is marked accepted, scanned, or in possession of the carrier, APGrows is no longer responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Theft
- Loss
- Misdelivery
- Carrier mishandling
- Weather damage during transit
Any shipping claims must be initiated with the carrier where applicable.
7. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
APGrows shall not be responsible for losses caused by:
- Incorrect addresses
- Missing apartment numbers
- Typographical errors
- Returned shipments
- Refused deliveries
- Undeliverable addresses
If a package is returned to APGrows, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
8. PACKAGE TRACKING
Tracking information is provided when available.
Tracking updates are controlled exclusively by the carrier.
APGrows does not control carrier scan timing, delivery scans, or tracking accuracy.
Temporary tracking inactivity does not constitute package loss.
9. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES
APGrows is not responsible for packages marked by the carrier as:
- Delivered
- Left with resident
- Left in parcel locker
- Left in secure location
- Delivered to agent
Customers assume full responsibility for package security once delivery is confirmed.
Claims involving theft, porch piracy, mail theft, or unauthorized retrieval must be filed with:
- The carrier
- Local law enforcement
- Property management, when applicable
10. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Customers must inspect packages immediately upon delivery.
Any claims involving shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Customers may be required to provide:
- Photos of packaging
- Photos of damage
- Tracking information
- Order number
- Proof of delivery
Failure to provide documentation may result in claim denial.
11. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is:
- Refused
- Unclaimed
- Abandoned
- Returned by customs
- Returned due to failed delivery attempts
APGrows reserves the right to:
- Deduct shipping costs
- Deduct return fees
- Deduct restocking fees
- Refuse refund eligibility
12. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international shipments, customers are solely responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Government inspections
- Regulatory compliance
APGrows has no control over customs processing.
Orders refused by customs may not qualify for refunds.
13. FRAUD PREVENTION & SHIPPING HOLDS
APGrows reserves the right to:
- Verify identity
- Request documentation
- Hold orders
- Cancel suspicious transactions
- Require signature confirmation
Orders flagged for fraud prevention may experience additional processing delays.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
APGrows shall not be liable for delays or shipping failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Hurricanes
- Floods
- Fires
- Pandemics
- Cyberattacks
- Supply chain disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Civil unrest
15. RESTRICTED PRODUCTS
Certain products may be restricted from shipment based on:

- International regulations
- Product classification
APGrows reserves the right to cancel restricted shipments at any time.
